Getting started
How do I open an account? +
Click "Get Started" or visit the registration page. You will need to provide your full name, email, and a strong password. After registering, you will receive a verification email โ click the link to activate your account.
Is there a minimum age requirement? +
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your country of residence.
What countries do you support? +
We accept clients from most jurisdictions worldwide. However, our service is not available in countries currently under international sanctions, or in jurisdictions where digital-asset investment platforms are explicitly prohibited.
Why do you require identity verification (KYC)? +
KYC protects both you and the platform from fraud and identity theft, and brings us in line with international anti-money-laundering standards. You will need to upload a government-issued photo ID and a selfie before making your first deposit.
Deposits
What cryptocurrencies do you accept? +
BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum, ERC20 network), USDT (Tether, TRC20 network), and XRP (XRP Ledger). Always send the correct asset to the correct network โ sending the wrong coin or using the wrong network may result in permanent loss.
What is the minimum deposit? +
The minimum deposit is $500, which qualifies for our Elite Growth plan. Higher tiers (Quantum Yield, Apex Capital, Sovereign Wealth) require larger minimums as listed on the Plans page.
Are there any deposit fees? +
No. We do not charge any fees on deposits. The only cost is the network fee charged by the blockchain itself, which is paid by you when you broadcast the transaction from your wallet.
How long does a deposit take to confirm? +
Once your transaction has the required number of network confirmations, our team reviews and approves it โ usually within a few hours of receiving the funds. You will receive an email and an in-app notification the moment your deposit is approved.
My deposit has not been credited. What should I do? +
First, confirm the transaction has at least one confirmation on a blockchain explorer. If it has been more than 12 hours since the transaction confirmed, open a support ticket with the transaction hash and we will investigate immediately.
Investment plans
How are the plans structured? +
We offer four tiers โ Elite Growth, Quantum Yield, Apex Capital and Sovereign Wealth โ each with a defined deposit range, daily ROI, and duration. Once you fund a plan, your principal is locked for the duration, and earnings accrue daily and are credited to your withdrawable balance.
Can I have multiple plans active at the same time? +
Yes. Each deposit creates a separate investment with its own duration and earnings schedule. You can have several active concurrently.
What happens at the end of my plan duration? +
When the plan duration ends, the investment is marked complete. The total earnings remain in your withdrawable balance. Your principal is then made available based on the terms shown at the time of deposit.
Can I cancel a plan early? +
Investments cannot be cancelled mid-cycle, as the principal is committed for the agreed duration. Earnings already credited remain yours and can be withdrawn at any time.
Are returns guaranteed? +
The returns shown on our plans are projected/targeted, not guaranteed. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and outcomes depend on market conditions. You should only invest funds you can afford to lose. See our Risk Disclosure for full details.
Withdrawals
How long do withdrawals take? +
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of being requested. Once we broadcast the transaction, the time to appear in your wallet depends on network conditions โ usually a few minutes to a few hours.
Are there any withdrawal fees? +
No. We do not charge withdrawal fees. We do, however, deduct the standard blockchain network fee from the amount you receive (this goes to miners/validators, not to us).
What is the minimum withdrawal? +
The default minimum is $50 equivalent. This may be adjusted from time to time and the current minimum is always displayed on your withdrawal page.
Can I withdraw to any wallet? +
Yes โ to any wallet you control on a supported network. Always double-check the address before submitting; cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We strongly recommend never withdrawing to an exchange deposit address you do not personally control.
Why was my withdrawal rejected? +
The most common reasons are: invalid wallet address, network mismatch, account flagged for additional verification, or insufficient balance after pending earnings are reconciled. You will receive a notification with the specific reason, and the full amount is refunded to your account balance immediately.
Security
Is my account safe? +
Your account is protected by encrypted authentication, optional two-factor authentication (TOTP), session hardening, and CSRF protection on all sensitive operations. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account from the Profile page.
How do I enable two-factor authentication? +
Go to Profile โ Two-Factor Authentication โ Enable 2FA. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password or any TOTP app, then enter the 6-digit code to confirm. From then on, you will need both your password and your authenticator code to log in.
I forgot my password. What should I do? +
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email. We will send you a reset link valid for one hour. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, or open a support ticket.
I think someone accessed my account. What should I do? +
Immediately change your password from your profile page, enable 2FA if you have not already, and open a high-priority support ticket. We log every login attempt with IP and timestamp, and our team can review your account history.
Referrals
How does the referral program work? +
Every account has a unique referral link. When someone signs up using your link and makes their first deposit, you earn a percentage commission as a one-time bonus. The bonus is credited directly to your withdrawable balance.
What is the commission rate? +
The current rate is shown on your Referrals dashboard page. It applies to the deposit amount of users you refer.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer? +
No. There is no cap on referrals or referral earnings.
Support
How do I contact support? +
The fastest way is to open a ticket from your dashboard (Support menu). Tickets are answered around the clock and you will receive an email when support replies.
How quickly will I get a response? +
Most tickets are answered within a few hours, often much faster. Complex cases (e.g. transaction investigations) may take a little longer, but we always acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
I have a press, partnership or compliance enquiry. +
